Refunds & Store Credit
In the rare instance where the return of a defective or damaged item is needed, please contact us at cecilethereseco@gmail.com within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. The item will need to be shipped back to us at your cost for inspection within 5 business days. Once it is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card. Gift cards do not expire.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, all returns or exchanges must be mailed using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. Notify us by email at cecilethereseco@gmail.com with the tracking number of your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
